About Ron

Ron Fiducia is a licensed, insured, and bonded General Contractor with over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction and repair. He began his career in the construction trade in 2001 and has since built a reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism.

Over the years, Ron has worked across a wide range of roles, including positions with private electric and plumbing companies, as well as a private home builder. He has served as an assistant superintendent overseeing the construction of both single-family homes and condominiums. Additionally, he has held roles as a customer service manager and quality assurance manager for a single-family home builder, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.

Ron brings more than 15 years of experience in property management and has represented builders on seven homeowners association (HOA) boards. He is also trained and certified in multiple specialized systems, including Wirsbo, Vanguard, and Viega PEX piping systems. His safety training includes certifications from both OSHA and MSHA.
